Oooo....

Very awesome atmosphere going on! Still mixing styles I see. I love it as always. It really sounds like it should be in a movie or something. I really expected this to be a normal ambient song but then the strings came in and it just got epic LOL. I really like the ending too.

Great song and great job on this!

Thank you mate :)
This could work as a filler track between two distinct "moods" inside my next album, ultimately giving the place to a darker yet still soothing style. The game is still on ;)

Nice!

Great song! This is some nice guitar you have in here. Great riffs and galloping just kicks ass hehe. I like the synth sounds too. It adds a nice touch to it. One thing I would do is add more delay or reverb to the solo part around 2:28. Especially when the clean background guitar stops for a second at about 3:00. I think it would add more depth (I guess) to the solo. But that's just my opinion and what I would do so it doesn't matter hehe.

Well, anyways, Awesome song and great job!

Metallica1136 responds:

Thank you! Yeah, I wanted to do some galloping to try more of an Iron Maiden sound as they are one of my influences. And btw, your opinion is 100% correct. I really do need to add more reverb to my guitar solos, plus a tad bit delay. And thanks for your review man, appreciate it!

Awesome!

It's a very awesome song in general! It just sounds like a no bullshit raw ass metal song so I can't help but love it! As for what you're saying about the transition at 1:40, I kind of see what you mean. It sounds like it's going to go into something bigger like a crazy solo or something just louder but it turns into just a normal kind of phrase that sort of builds up. It's fine though it doesn't kill the song or anything hehe.

As they always say, there needs to be more of this traditional sort of metal around here! heh

Anyways, awesome song! Great job on this!

Metallica1136 responds:

Thanks dude! Yeah man, My whole goal when I write metal songs is to make it sound as much from the 80's or 90's as possible. I love traditional and thrash metal. And I love making it :D

Yeah, the transition is not the best, but I'm probably gonna edit it with one more solo or fast part. And once again, thanks for this review too :) I appreciate it alot!

Nicely done!

Very smooth! I like this a lot! The mood is just so.... nice! The jazzy melodies and tones are great too just adding to the smoothness and everything.

Not too sure about 02:10 but other than that, awesome track. Great job!

Kor-Rune responds:

Thanks! I'm glad it was smooth <:

And yeah I suck at keyboard but whatever, I'm always dinkin around on that thing, I'll figure it out.

Thanks again for the review!

Very awesome!

I love this! Some very great sounding symphonic metal you have here. Very nice singing melody and everything. Why isn't there more of this on Newgrounds?!?

Anyways, your singing is great, and really fits the mood of the song well. I don't know about adding the growl though. I'm not really too fond of growls crossing over into my other favorite metals (like power metal and such but that's another story), but hey, it can still work out. That's just me and my stupid preferences. Go for it, I won't like the song any less It's way too awesome. Great job on this! Awesomely done, I really want to hear the rest.

Heh...

Who Professor Chaos could be so METAL!? LOL

This song is so awesome! I love all the harmonizing throughout and I've gotta say the drums are quite kick ass as well. Overall, great job on this song I don't have much to say because you have probably heard it all LOL. This is just AWESOME!

Metaljonus responds:

lol cause he brings destruction and doom!!!! Thanks for listening dude! \m/

Yes!

It sounds so bad ass LOL! Yes it may sound a bit "rough around the edges" but metal is a rough around the edges genre hehe. Anyways, awesome song. Sounds like it is coming along nicely. Now I want a shredding solo! Jus kidding, I always say that about metal songs. Do what you want with your song LOL. Well, great job anyways! Sounds awesome!

Bad-Man-Incorporated responds:

Muchly appreciate the review, and glad you enjoyed it, man. I suck at solos. haha.

Definitely gonna be some vocals. But have to "spice up" the drums too.

Thanks again!

Wow!

You are pretty much spot on with your interpretation of "town themes". I can really imagine this in a GBA RPG LOL! I think pizzicato strings will never sound right anywhere else but in an RPG style town music theme LOL, Well great job on this anyways!

Great song

It feels so nice to listen to this. It is sort of sad sounding but it also gives a feeling of hope for happiness. Like, one day everything bad that has happened will blow over and you will be back to normal. Great job! Gotta love those simply piano songs.

Nice song!

Very great though there's not that much that I can say because I'm not good at critiquing this type of music. As far as I can hear, you did everything pretty well. I could really dance (horribly) all night to this Great job!! :D
