[KKS - Cyan's Theme [FFVI]]

Nice Selection...

I haven't really played FFVI to actually hear this song but it's just sitting there waiting for me to play it but I haven't. I'll eventually get around to it.

Anyways, this is a great job that you've done with this song. To me Uematsu is just the master of feeling and emotion through music LOL. His works are just so beautiful including this one that you have put your own epic awesomeness to.

I don't want to spoil you anything, but know that it's indeed a tragic theme. Mr. Uematsu made lots of epic themes, especially from the Nintendo era. FFVI is probably the only FF I've played to have the best in-depth character insight and design. When I heard this I just thought "I. Must. Remix. This." XD Oh, be sure to hear Edgar and Sabin's Theme too. Totally kick ass.

Wow..... just WOW! I am speechless.

This song is so awesome. I love when songs are split up like this and tell a story. I'm glad it wasn't one that felt like it dragged on. I mean, I know some songs of great length that just make you ask, "Can this part be over already?" This song, for me felt like it ended too soon but not in a way that I'm trying to say for you to make it longer. I'm saying that I was so into it that it felt like just a few minuters. I liked it so much LOL.

It's a great piece. This is another song that seems to explore vastly differing styles and you seamlessly blended them together well. At first it's just a nice spacey kind of sounding song with a chill sort of drum beat. Then, as it goes on to "Preparations" you add more choirs and strings and it becomes epic and it just gives off such a great mood and you top it all off with a great traditional sort of ambient piece at the end. The story is great too. I feel each part of it is represented perfectly by your song here. You have such a great way of telling stories through music.

Awesome song, awesome story and awesome job! This song is excellent. Keep up this awesome work my friend!

I won't promise you anything speaking of styles, since I apparently can't keep any musical promises... but I like this particular style, this blend of noise, downtempo ambiance and orchestra. Y'know, mixing melody and sound effects. That brings a lot of cinematic atmosphere, like you're watching a movie in a theatre, or in a planetarium dome. Music inspired by space and the cosmos that envelopes us... how great is that? :D

Awesome song! I really like the background synth. The riffs pretty great too! Do you ever plan on adding a solo? I can hear a kick ass shredding solo in there or something. That would be an awesome addition. It's still an awesome song anyways. Great job

yes there is gonna be a whole other part added in for a nasty solo. there's also going to be singing once it's completed. this is actually just the first two pre-verses, verses, and choruses. i will be posting the completed version as well. thank you for your review!

Hmm...

I don't listen to a lot of techno but this is great. It's just so happy on some parts and it just has that nice melody. Heh I know what you mean by losing sleep making music. I do it ALL THE TIME!! LOL but it's fun. Well anyways, it's easy to see you worked hard on this and it payed off. Great track!

I really like this one. It's very sad sounding and I love when an artist uses just one instrument to convey a mood or feeling and this one does that successfully. Great job here!

Nice atmosphere!

This is a good track here. I actually thought the whole song was going to be like the first part but the middle was kind of a surprise. At first, I wasn't really feeling it but after a few listens I got really into it. It really has that feeling and atmosphere of "nowhere-ness". There's a nice beat and great echoey melodies too soo overall it's a good song. Only problem I really see is that it's a bit short but I can't say anything a lot of my songs are short too. Anyways, great song you have here!

time is always relative....there really is no "short" nor "long" as long as the content sounds decent.....
its meaning is also relative and totally left to interpretations.....

Wow this is great! I can't even believe it's entirely 8-bit. Oh the effects! It's awesome I never thought about making an 8-bit ambient songs before. I honestly didn't think it could work out but this is just awesomely done I may try it one day. Great job on this!

This is a great song you have here. I love the simplicity of it all and just the sound of a piano with reverb. Really nice emotion and everything.

Kick ass!

This is GREAT!!! There needs to be more of this kind of metal on Newgrounds! The rough mixing, to me, is actually kind of a plus. It makes it so much more raw and yeah, you can feel the power of each instrument.

I love it. The simplicity of it all just gives it its own essence. Again you've hit my soft spot for echo-ey synths (Well...echo-ey piano) and paired it with a nice and simple yet pretty melody. 5/5 10/10
